Sharina is a fully trained and certified beautician based in Penrith, Sydney. She specialises in cosmetic tattooing for eyebrows, with meticulous attention to details, quality and hygiene.

About Cosmetic tattooing

"Permanent makeup" is obtained through cosmetic tattooing; however, permanent tattoos are known to discolour and warp over time, often resulting in green, red, lopsided, patchy or unnaturally opaque brows.

Our cosmetic tattoos are semi-permanent and lasts approximately 2 years. While not permanent, this technique results in a better maintenance of colour and shape so that your brows look natural for longer.

Cosmetic eyebrow tattoos require at least 1 touch-up. However, you may need additional touch-ups depending on the look you want, your skin and aftercare. Allow 6-8 weeks between sessions.

We don't believe beauty is pain. To ensure our clients are comfortable, we apply Emla topical numbing, work gently, and regularly check on your pain tolerance.
➳ We prioritise results!
Before any tattooing takes place, we show you a mapping of your brow tattoo for your approval. We take into account your natural facial proportions, desired result, typical makeup style, and future ageing in the face. We use high quality pigment (Brow Daddy) and equipment to ensure your brows maintain shape and colour.

Micro-blading ➳ $200
Tattoo mimics natural, singular hair strokes; follows natural brow flow
Requires a decent amount of existing and evenly distributed brow hair to naturally blend

Powder brows ➳ $250
Tattoo mimics makeup; full coverage

Policies

Booking Policies:
Although we try our best to accommodate for all our clients with empathy and flexibility, everyone's time is valuable. As such, our booking policies are as follows:

➳ All services at Fuller Brows & Beauty are non-refundable.
➳ A $50 deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total fee. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
➳ No-shows will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiting of your deposit.
➳ Cancellations within 48 hours of appointment will result in the forfeiting of your deposit.
➳ Being 20+ minutes late to your appointment will result in the cancellation of your appointment and the forfeiting of your deposit.
➳ No-shows, last minute cancellations, and tardy clients will still be required to pay another $50 deposit for a new booking, even if their original deposit was forfeited.

♡ If complications arise before your appointment, call or text us ASAP and we will try our best to cater for your needs!

Clients must consult a doctor before cosmetic tattooing if they:
⚠ Are diabetic
⚠ Are using steroids or skincare with actives
⚠ Have recently had any major surgeries
⚠ Have thyroid/hormonal issues, skin conditions, or alopecia
⚠ Are breast feeding (clients cannot breast feed 48 hours after cosmetic tattooing)

Fuller Brows & Beauty will not tattoo on...
⃠ Clients under 18
⃠ Clients with skin conditions on the eyebrow area
(e.g. sunburn, eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, keloid scarring)
⃠ Clients who have had facial microdermabrasion, chemical peels, or botox done within 14 days before booking
⃠ Clients who have had laser or IPL on the face within 4 weeks before booking
⃠ Clients who are using, or who have used within 12 months before booking, Roaccutane
⃠ Clients who are undergoing chemo or other medical treatments
⃠ Clients who are due for an MRI within 4 weeks after booking

Fuller Brows & Beauty does not recommend cosmetic tattooing on...
⚠ Clients with anxiety or are likely to regret their tattoo
⚠ Clients who are unable to accomodate their lifestyle during the healing process

COVID-19

Fuller Brows & Beauty is dedicated to keeping all clients and staff safe, as well as abide by any laws regarding COVID-19.

• Masks ➳ A mask must be worn in all indoor settings as required by the NSW State Government. Please wear a mask when inside the premises, including during consultations and cosmetic procedures. We encourage the use of surgical and N95 masks for superior protection.
• Feeling unwell? ➳ Please cancel or reschedule your booking if you have any symptoms, are unwell, are a close contact, or are due to be tested for COVID-19.
• COVID Safe Check-in ➳ Please check-in using QR code at the front desk.
• Social distancing ➳ Please practice social distancing and minimise physical contact when possible
• Hygiene ➳ Wash or sanitise hands regularly. Sanitiser is available at the front desk.

Preparing for your appointment

➳ No blood thinners within 48 hours before booking,
including caffeine (coffee, tea, soda, energy drinks), alcohol, fish oil, or pain killers.

➳ Bring photos of how you usually style your makeup and photos of your desired final result. This will be used as a reference when mapping your brows.

➳ We recommend not wearing any makeup on or around the eyebrow area on the day of your booking.

post-appointment brow care

Fuller Brows & Beauty provides clients with aftercare ointment.

However, for the first 2 days following your session, simply splash brows with cold, clean water and gently pat dry with a clean towel or tissue. Repeat morning and night, and whenever there is excessive lymphatic fluid.

After two days, add the aftercare ointment to your brow-care routine. After patting dry, gently dab a very small amount of aftercare ointment on brows. Do this every morning and night. Reapply if/when brows become itchy or irritated.

Continue this routine until brows are fully healed and are no longer scabbing.

⚠ After approx. 5 days, your brows will begin to scab and flake. Do not pick off any scabs, as this will remove the pigment and result in patchy brows.

➳ Do not wet brows in the shower for 1 week after session.
➳ Do not allow any makeup/skincare products to touch brows for 1 week after session.
➳ No exercise or sweaty activities (e.g. sauna) for 1 week after session.
➳ No swimming for 2 weeks after session.
➳ Protect from direct sunlight for 2 weeks after session.
(Wear a hat and/or large sunglasses, avoid outdoor activities, do not use SPF on brows).
